Our usual delivery turnaround is approximately 10–14 working days, where possible. We’ll always aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as we can.

Delivery Access

As many of our products are supplied in long lengths, please make sure there is suitable access for our delivery vehicle at the delivery address. If you’re unsure whether access may be a problem, just let us know when placing your order and we’ll be happy to discuss it with you.

Customers are welcome to collect directly from us once their order is ready.

We have ample space on site, making collection straightforward whether you're arriving in a car, van or larger vehicle.

Before You Arrive

We recommend confirming that your order is ready before travelling to us. When you arrive, our team will direct you to the collection area and help load your materials safely onto your vehicle.

Please make sure your vehicle is suitable for the length, size and weight of the materials being collected, and that you have appropriate straps or restraints to secure your load for the journey home.
